01 / The story

Three decades pushing the limits of the arc

From our European design hub we create machines where form and function go together: precise arc control, intelligent heat management and ergonomics built for people who weld eight hours a day.

Today HELIOS means multiprocess, TIG, stick, plasma and laser serving welders around the world. One promise on every machine: nothing welds like HELIOS.

From a small team of engineers in 1995 to a brand present worldwide. Every stage has left something in the machines that carry our name today.

What drives us

01

Arc precision

A stable, controllable arc is the foundation of every good weld. That is where every HELIOS begins.

02

Built to last

Selected components and industrial construction for long shifts and harsh environments.

03

Design with judgement

Clear interfaces and features that exist because welders need them, not to decorate.

Three decades on, the same obsession: every arc, perfect.
