The HELIOS HAMMER BOX 5000 is a high-performance MIG-MAG power source for industrial environments where power, reliability and simplicity are essential. It delivers up to 500 amps, with a design focused on continuous productivity, direct control and operational toughness.
Built under the THINK TANK concept, it combines a rugged structure with no unnecessary components and a functional, durable approach: ideal for heavy fabrication, boilermaking and structural steel.
Its high-visibility LED control panel is optimised for fast, intuitive use, even with gloves on or in poor light. With solid or flux-cored wire it provides stable arc transfer, fast response, pulse and double pulse, and a separate wire feeder with a 4-roll drive.
