500 modular amps that keep their cool
The HELIOS HAMMER BOX EDGE 5000 is the most powerful industrial welding system in the EDGE family, developed for fabrication, maintenance, structural steel and continuous production.
Its modular architecture combines a power source of up to 500 A, an independent wire feeder, spool holder, industrial trolley and external water-cooling unit, so the system moves easily and works comfortably on large parts and structures.
The front digital panel allows fast, precise parameter adjustment, with manual and synergic control, pulse and double pulse. Water cooling keeps torch temperature stable in the most demanding applications and supports long working shifts.
