01 / Overview

360 A three-phase for continuous production

The HELIOS SQUAD 3660 is a MIG-MAG multiprocess designed for demanding industrial environments. It delivers 360 amps on 220 V three phase with a 60% duty cycle, suited to heavy-duty work and continuous production.

Its 5" colour TFT display with the HELIOS OS 1.5 operating system provides a clear, efficient interface, together with advanced synergic control that automatically sets parameters according to material, gas and wire diameter.

Designed under the THINK TANK concept, it combines rugged construction with functional solutions for industrial use: MIG-MAG, FCAW, MMA and Lift TIG DC, taking 5 and 15 kg spools.
