HELIOS fourth-generation laser, with Helios Matrix™
The HELIOS KATANA X15 represents the fourth generation of laser technology developed by HELIOS, the result of years of continuous evolution in high-performance welding systems. It is designed for greater energy efficiency, process stability and total system control, raising the standard of professional handheld laser welding.
At its core is Helios Matrix™, an advanced laser architecture that uses multiple synchronised laser sources instead of a single traditional source. Energy is distributed more evenly, thermal management is optimised and stability remains exceptional even under intensive work.
The result: higher energy conversion efficiency, better heat dissipation and steadier continuous performance, for fully reliable work in demanding 24/7 industrial environments. The KATANA X15 is the 1500 W version of the series, on 230 V single phase, with SmartSync™ synergic control.
