The HELIOS KATANA XCP 500 is a state-of-the-art 500 W pulsed laser cleaning system, designed for maximum efficiency, precision and safety when cleaning metallic and non-metallic surfaces.
Its LUXONIC pulsed laser technology removes rust, paint, coatings, oil, resin and contaminants without damaging the base material, preserving the integrity of the part and cutting preparation time. The galvanometric scanning head works in linear, rectangular and circular patterns.
Compact, portable and powerful, it is the answer for industries that demand high-quality cleaning with zero consumables and minimal maintenance: industrial maintenance, mould cleaning, shipbuilding and aerospace, automotive, restoration and heritage, and steel structures.
