01 / Overview
Industrial cleaning. No contact. No damage.
The HELIOS KATANA XC 2000 is a high-power laser cleaning system designed for maximum efficiency, precision and safety when cleaning metal surfaces without chemicals or abrasives.
Its LUXONIC technology removes rust, paint, coatings, oils, resin and contaminants without damaging the base material, preserving the integrity of the part and cutting preparation time. Ultrasonic distance detection works in real time, and the airflow design extends the life of the optics.
With the CW01 cleaning torch it reaches a cleaning width of up to 300 mm (F800 lens) and accepts F300, F400, F600 and F800 focusing lenses. Single-phase 230 V and air-cooled, it is compact, portable and rugged: the answer for urban renovation, pressure vessels, shipbuilding, industrial maintenance and infrastructure.
Supplied with laser cleaning gun, 10 m fibre-optic cable, protective lenses, carry case and user manual.
